ANSO = Autonomic Nervous System Organization

Notice your nervous system before stress becomes the operating system.

ANSO Health is building a practical system to help people recognize early signals in the body, regain enough steadiness to make a conscious choice, and learn what truly works for them over time.

Built on the Core Systems Method.

Why ANSO

The problem is not knowing you are stressed. It is noticing soon enough to do something different.

Pressure begins changing attention, communication, judgment, energy, and behavior before the conscious mind has fully registered what is happening.

By the time someone thinks, "I am overwhelmed," or "I am shutting down," or "I am reacting," the response is often already underway.

ANSO is built around a simple hypothesis. If people can recognize their own patterns earlier, they gain a better chance to influence what happens next.

What feels automatic usually began as a pattern. Learn to see the pattern earlier, and you create more room for choice.

Who this is for

Built for real pressure, not perfect conditions.

ANSO's earliest users are people carrying significant responsibility under sustained cognitive and professional load. Founders. Operators. People whose judgment is the product.

When the stakes are high, pushing harder is the default. ANSO is being designed to help you recognize when pressure is beginning to shape a decision, before the decision is made.

Performance is not the same as output. Sustained performance requires the ability to notice reactivity, regain perspective, and return to deliberate action. That is a skill, and skills are trainable.

The cost shows up in the moments that matter most. The message sent too fast. The meeting where perspective narrowed. The judgment call made from a state you would not have chosen.

How ANSO works

A repeatable loop for the moment where change actually happens.

Seven stages on a single path that returns to its start. This is what a person does, not a list of features.
  1. 1. Notice

Catch the early signals before they take over.

  2. 2. Regulate

Help your body settle enough to choose what happens next.

  3. 3. Reflect

Ask what happened, what set it off, and what the reaction protected.

  4. 4. Incubate

Let it sit. Some things become clear when you stop pushing.

  5. 5. Integrate

Connect what makes sense now to the signal you began with.

  6. 6. Act

Choose one small, specific action from a steadier place.

  7. 7. Learn

Notice what helped, what did not, and what you caught earlier.

Returns to 1. Notice.

Each time you move through the loop, you gain information that can strengthen the next pass.

The goal is not to eliminate stress. It is to recognize your patterns sooner, respond with greater awareness, and create more choice in the moment.

Notice earlier. Choose differently. Learn what works.

Product vision

From awareness to a personalized learning system.

Most wellness tools deliver content. ANSO is being designed to learn from the relationship between the person, the moment, the intervention, and what happened next.

Over time, the system is intended to answer a more useful question. What tends to help this person, in this kind of moment.

ANSO takes a holistic but practical view, bringing together physiological signals from compatible wearable devices with brief self-report, context, interventions, and outcome data. The person's own account is part of the input, not a fallback when the sensor is uncertain.

Our story

A daily system for awareness, regulation, and behavior change.

ANSO grew out of decades of work studying how people recognize patterns, steady themselves under pressure, and translate insight into behavior.

It is built on the Core Systems Method, which starts from a simple premise. Change becomes possible when a person can recognize what is happening, interrupt an automatic response, and choose the next move with more awareness.

We are now translating that method into a product that can be tested, measured, personalized, and used in ordinary life.

Early research

Help us understand the moment before the reaction.

We are running early research into when people recognize their own stress-response patterns, what signals they notice, what they have already tried, and where existing tools stop being useful.

Your responses directly inform what ANSO builds next.

Approximately ten minutes.

Responses may be anonymous unless you choose to provide contact information.

Early access

Follow the ANSO Build.

ANSO is taking shape thoughtfully as we test both the product and the assumptions behind it.

Join the early-access list to receive product updates, invitations to participate in research and testing, and priority access as ANSO evolves.

We'll only use your email for ANSO Health updates.
