These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the ANSO Health website, waitlist, and early-access research questionnaire, operated by Core Systems Method, LLC (“we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms are separate from privacy consent. Accepting them is not consent to collect health-related information or to send you communications — those consents are requested separately and explicitly, as described in our Privacy Policy.
What ANSO is
ANSO Health is an educational and product-development effort built on the Core Systems Method. The site shares information about our approach and collects voluntary research input to shape a product that is still in development. Features described on the site may change, and no specific product or feature is guaranteed to launch.
ANSO is not medical care
ANSO, this website, and the questionnaire do not provide therapy, medical or mental-health care, diagnosis, treatment, medical advice, or crisis support, and they are not a substitute for professional care. No clinician–patient relationship is created by using this site.

Eligibility
The site and questionnaire are intended for people 18 or older located in the United States. By participating, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
The research questionnaire
- Participation is voluntary, and you can stop at any time.
- Your responses are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Joining the contributor list or completing the questionnaire does not obligate you to buy anything and does not guarantee access to any product, feature, or program.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site: no unlawful use, no attempts to disrupt the service or gain unauthorized access to our systems or data, no collecting information about other people, and no misrepresenting who you are.
Intellectual property
The site’s content — including the ANSO Health name, the Core Systems Method materials, text, graphics, and design — belongs to Core Systems Method, LLC or its licensors. You may view the site and share links for personal, non-commercial purposes; any other use requires our written permission.
Feedback
If you send us ideas or suggestions — including free-text questionnaire responses — you agree that we may use them to build and improve ANSO without obligation or compensation, handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
The site and questionnaire are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Educational content reflects our current perspective and may change.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Core Systems Method, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100).
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The current version, with its date, will always be available on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
